Administrative Assistant

**Job description**:
The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for performing after sales service offering to customers, and the Team thereby contributing to the ongoing customer relationships. The focus of the role is to provide backup and capturing functions ensuring quality service to maximise customer retention and referral, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures. The role needs excellent client relationships, computer and office administrative skills
**Responsibilities**:
- Interact, manage and provide effective client service
- Prepare and finalise commission statements
- Implement new and existing business summaries
- Prepare risk quotes
- Process client queries and instructions
- Administration duties
- Maintain the CRM system
**Minimum requirements**:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
**Recommended requirements**:
- NQF Level 4 in Short Term Insurance /BCom Degree
- 1 year relevant work experience within the financial services industry

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durbanville, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
