The successful candidate will be the go-to person for advanced support issues — from troubleshooting hardware and software to managing networks and user accounts. Key Responsibilities Handling escalated technical issues that go beyond Level 1 support. Using diagnostic and remote tools to identify and resolve problems efficiently. Providing professional, friendly support to users and helping them get back up and running. Installing and configuring hardware, software, and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.). Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Maintaining accurate documentation and keeping asset records up to date. Supporting IT security measures and promoting cybersecurity best practices. Conducting training sessions and creating user guides for new systems and technologies. Requirements A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications. Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (or similar). ITIL 4 Foundation certification is an advantage. Experience: Proven experience in IT support, ideally at Level 2. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. A passion for technology and helping people. Skills: Communicate clearly and confidently. Stay calm under pressure and think on your feet. Take initiative and work well independently and in a team.
