Join our team as an innovative and results-driven Engineer, to lead and provide support on projects for manufacturing, pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects, from initial concept to completion within budget and to the required quality level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitoring and analysing process data, identifying trends and proposing solutions for process improvement continuously. To build seniority in company in different Production Processes. (Metal stamping, Injection Moulding, Electrostatic Coating Processes, EPS production, assemblies, etc. Process knowhow development not only individually but with upskilling the stakeholders is in the scope of that role. Responsible to manage supplier related production, supply, efficiency, costing related projects. Responsible to improve the performances of the inhouse processes. Advising on and reviewing manufacturing methods and plans for the projects. Ensure internal and external processes to meet the performance indicators efficiency-wise, cost-wise and quality-wise. Be a part of “new product” projects from conceptual phase till the commissioning. Will be involved in tool/mould design, PFMEA studies till the launch of the product Advising on and reviewing manpower and equipment plans, Project technical issue investigation, for the new product project Ensure compliance to all aspects of SHEQ Develop project plans and ensure the project is executed within budget, resource, and time constraints. Project Management skills are strongly needed. Managing the planning and implementation of the entire project including mentoring and planning the project release Must be able to understand the characteristics of a project and apply sound judgement of project development cycle Designs as required by the specific project, including the specification required and sourcing of the various components Ensure all work carried out complies with the correct standards in terms of accuracy and safety Responsible for review and quality of all project’s technical documentation Manage and control Engineering changes on the projectsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies and equipment. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS BSc/BEng Mechanical Engineering 5 – 8 years in project management 4– 6 Years’ experience within Manufacturing Recognized qualification in project management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency in 3D drawing (CAD etc.) and layout work Project management proficiency Proven ability to deliver complex engineering solutions Planning, prioritizing and organizing skills Problem solving skills Good interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to interact with internal and external parties Steel forming, Injection Moulding, Electrostatic Coating and assembly plant background would be favourable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
