Join a global engineering and manufacturing powerhouse as their Project Manager : Financial & Operational Systems, where you'll be the bridge between finance, operations, and production. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who thrives in complex plant environments, understands how things really work on the ground, and knows how to turn system challenges into seamless integration stories. You'll take the lead on major system rollouts — from ERP and costing to inventory and reporting — ensuring every gear connects smoothly across Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and beyond. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle implementation and optimisation of financial and operational systems. Oversee integration of ERP, warehouse, and production management tools. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful adoption and process alignment. Manage vendors and timelines to ensure quality, cost‑efficient delivery. Analyse workflows and design improvements that enhance traceability and efficiency. Build Power BI dashboards that translate data into actionable insight. Ensure ISO and internal compliance across finance and operations. Job Experience and Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, or Business Administration. CIMA qualification advantageous. Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing or mining (plant-based) environment. Proven track record in ERP or warehouse system implementation (Syspro or SAP preferred). Strong understanding of costing, inventory, and production data flows. Excellent communication, stakeholder, and leadership skills.
