Business Development Specialist - Johannesburg (Forex, English Speaker) FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Business Development Specialist in Johannesburg. Responsibilities Develop the assigned country, territory or region, converting leads into clients and establishing business relationships with new and existing partners. Actively hunt for trading professionals on social and professional platforms, engaging them as clients or partners. Identify the most effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products. Assist in onboarding trading clients, affiliates, IBs, money managers and other partners, providing an impeccable user experience. Work closely with marketing and back‑office teams to prepare sales and marketing content. Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective partners, proactively retaining and reactivating clients and partners. Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures. Monitor affiliates and partners to optimize performance and meet KPIs. Conduct market and competitor analysis, providing feedback on the customer journey. Ensure due diligence to regulatory frameworks and company policies. Travel to conferences and business meetings as required. Candidate profile FX / CFD and online trading industry experience is essential. Native English language knowledge is required. Client‑focused with excellent service, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to influence and persuade for mutual benefit.
