You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and driving positive customer outcomes while managing the complete vehicle reconditioning and service process. Qualification Expectations Minimum 5 years as a Workshop Manager Corporate dealership and volume brand experience Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering departmental profitability Responsibilities Supervise technicians, mechanics, service advisors and manage supplier relationships Drive positive profit margins for service and repairs Manage production schedules, quality control and customer interactions Oversee parts management and inventory control Ensure efficient vehicle receiving, reconditioning and showroom preparation Handle customer complaints and maintain strong relationships Critical Skills Strong leadership and staff management capabilities Entrepreneurial mindset with results-driven approach Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Technical expertise with quality standards focus Multi-tasking ability with end-to-end project management Digital Requirements Proficiency in MS Office Suite Experience with automotive platforms (Evolve, IAL advantageous) Digital fluency essential Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted #J-18808-Ljbffr
