This role is not a salaried position. It is a high-level, performance-based partnership designed for senior professionals who already work with corporate or academic decision-makers and who want to add a prestigious international mandate to their existing portfolio. Performex Worldwide delivers world‑class leadership programs (English & French) to corporations, universities, governments, and professional schools across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. Your Role Performex Worldwide signs partnership agreements with universities, business schools, engineering schools, and computer science faculties to deliver executive education programs, continuing professional development, and full‑time student training in leadership and management. As our Executive Sales Partner, you will: Leverage your existing network of HR Directors, Learning & Development leaders, Deans, and senior executives. Introduce and promote Performex’s leadership and management programs to institutions and corporations. Conduct presentations, manage follow‑ups, and close B2B and academic deals. Convert warm prospects generated by our large‑scale LinkedIn campaigns (1,000+ HR leaders per cycle). Develop business pipelines across Anglophone Africa , including corporate sectors, public institutions, and business schools. Work directly with our founder and international team in a flexible, autonomous partnership structure. This mandate is designed to complement your current consulting or business development activities . What We Offer Up to 50% commission on all corporate and academic contracts. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and deliver results. Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
