About the Role As a Sales Representative, you'll drive growth across a broad portfolio of technology solutions—applications, infrastructure, cloud, AI / data, and consulting—while building trusted relationships with enterprise and public‑sector clients in Saudi Arabia. You'll uncover needs, craft proposals, close deals, and partner with delivery teams to ensure outcomes that stick. Relocation support is provided; this is a platform to build a global sales career in a fast‑growing market. Who the Client Is This opportunity is with a world‑leading technology services and consulting group, recognised for its digital transformation expertise, investment in R&D, and global delivery capability. The organisation's footprint in Saudi Arabia is expanding, supporting national ambitions in smart cities, cloud modernisation, AI adoption, and critical infrastructure programmes. What You'll Do Prospect, engage, and develop new clients across the Kingdom. Present and position a solutions‑led portfolio to meet or exceed sales targets. Grow existing accounts through retention, upsell, and cross‑sell. Build tailored proposals and negotiate commercial terms. Collaborate closely with pre‑sales, delivery, and customer success to land value. Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and report performance using company tools / methodology. What You Bring Proven sales experience in IT / technology / consulting services (enterprise exposure ideal). Clear, confident communication and negotiation skills; ability to simplify technical value. Self‑driven, target‑oriented mindset; resilient in a fast‑changing market. Willingness to relocate and adapt to new cultural and business norms (Saudi Arabia). Knowledge of the Saudi market is advantageous. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (business, engineering, IT, or similar). What Success Looks Like Consistently hitting or exceeding quota within 12 months. A healthy, qualified pipeline and disciplined forecasting hygiene. New logo wins plus expansion across existing accounts. High client satisfaction leading to renewals and referrals. Demonstrated ability to map technology to real client outcomes. Realistic preview : You'll be building networks in a relationship‑driven market, navigating enterprise cycles, and balancing pace with process.
