National Company in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Service Manager to join their team. About the Company:Our client is a well-established company in the Pest Control Industry, committed to delivering professional, safe, and effective pest management solutions. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, compliance, and service excellence, we pride ourselves on being a trusted partner for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The Opportunity:We are looking for an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead our service operations in Cape Town. This role requires a strong leader with operational expertise, excellent people management skills, and a proven ability to ensure that service delivery meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the pest control service team to achieve performance targets. Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily service operations to ensure efficient scheduling and execution. Maintain compliance with industry legislation, health, safety, and environmental regulations. Monitor service quality, implement improvements, and resolve escalated client issues. Provide technical support, coaching, and continuous training to technicians. Prepare and present service performance reports, budgets, and operational plans. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through service excellence. Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and profitability. Manage Logistics and coordinate routes for Service Technicians. Requirements Minimum 4–6 years’ management experience (pest control, facilities management, or related industry advantageous). Must have a Valid P Number Certificate. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Sound understanding of pest control operations, compliance, and health & safety standards. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle is essential. Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
