Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our organization. In this role, you will assist with managing internal processes, coordinating across departments and ensuring smooth communication with both clients and stakeholders. You will play an important part in maintaining efficiency, monitoring workflows, and helping identify areas for improvement. Position Responsibilities Support team coordination, assist in scheduling, and help resolve minor personnel issues to maintain a productive work environment. Prepare and analyze operational reports, track KPIs, and present findings to senior management for decision-making. Assist in maintaining client relationships, ensuring timely communication, and resolving operational issues efficiently. Collaborate with departments to align operational goals and ensure seamless execution. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery. Monitor resource allocation to ensure operational readiness. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Support the planning and execution of operational projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Attributes Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Candidate Qualifications National Senior Certificate (NSC) / Grade 12 – Required. 2–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role. Basic understanding of business operations, workflow management, and process optimization. Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools). Exposure to client‑facing roles or stakeholder coordination is advantageous. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. The majority of duties are sedentary, with regular sitting/standing and use of a computer and telephone headset.
