We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will assist in managing internal processes, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring smooth client interactions. Position Responsibilities Support team coordination, assist in scheduling and help resolve minor personnel issues to maintain a productive work environment. Prepare and analyze operational reports, track KPIs and present findings to senior management for decision-making. Assist in maintaining client relationships, ensuring timely communication and resolving operational issues efficiently. Collaborate with departments to align operational goals and ensure seamless execution. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery. Monitor resource allocation to ensure operational readiness. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations and quality standards. Support the planning and execution of operational projects including timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communication. Attributes Strong organizational and multitasking skills. The ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the following: National Senior Certificate (NSC) / Grade 12 required. Experience in operations administration or a similar role. Basic understanding of business operations, workflow management and process optimization. Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools). Exposure to client-facing roles or stakeholder coordination is advantageous. Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Additional certifications in project management or operations (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus. The employee will be largely sedentary and may sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
