Job Summary To identify the life (long‑term) risk and give advice to clients on their life assurance needs using the Limited Architecture Framework. To provide solutions for the client's long‑term assurance and financial planning needs by regularly reviewing the client's portfolio in order to build a sustainable adviser practice. Job Description Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all stakeholders (client, bank personnel, product providers, and adviser support staff). Meet sales and/or growth targets. Manage own commission earnings. Practice management. Personal development. FAIS Fit and Proper requirements applicable to this role (Advice and Intermediary Service): FSCA‑approved qualification, regulatory exam for representatives (RE5), experience as per the FAIS Act, product‑specific training once onboarded, class‑of‑business training, continuous professional development, attest to honesty, integrity, and good standing. Education Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required) Absa Bank Limited is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
