Overview Junior Computer Technician role at Level Up. We are seeking an efficient fast learner with IT certification/accreditation/experience who can dedicate 6 months to gain valuable training and work experience in the company\'s IT technical support department, which provides support and services to the Industrial IT industry. The position is intended for individuals who are able to learn and provide excellent dedicated service and support. Who can Apply? College graduates or students currently finishing IT studies, or certified in CompTIA A+ or N+ or CCNA or similar. Must live within a 5 km radius of Bromhof. Responsibilities Assemble PCs, set up, diagnose, and repair hardware and software components. Test and repair faulty IT equipment (switches, gateways, routers, PCs, etc.). Provide basic network and IT support assistance. Install and maintain software. Troubleshoot IT issues and document findings. Compose basic network and IT reports and keep detailed fault notes. Maintain workspace and IT Support department cleanliness and organization. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Matric minimum N5. Computer / IT, Electrical Engineering and/or Networking qualifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+ or similar, CCNA). Computer literate (MS Word / Excel). Problem-solving skills, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently. Good reporting and communication skills (listening and interpersonal communication). Ability to work independently. Advantageous Hands-on experience assembling/repairing PCs or customer service support cases. IT/Computer/electrical assembly or certifications, Cisco certification. Experience with Microsoft Word, networking/IT support knowledge, programming skills, IOT.
