More About The Role Becomes the customer contact for managing and following up E2E orders. Responsible for acknowledging and confirming orders to customers. Accountable for reporting and improving the processes as well as the main KPIs that Order Desk is responsible for. Checks availability of orders and prepares delivery proposals and invoices. Reports on the sales realized and sales forecast based on the order intake view. Connects with other stakeholders in the organization to highlight issues and facilitate resolution to create more sales potential. Ensures customers work with our systems such as MyLighting for order intake and TNPS for transactional feedback. Connects with the customer regarding ordering and delivery issues and creates necessary improvement actions with relevant teams to serve better. More About You 3‑5 years of experience.
