Role Overview The Partnership Operations Manager will work closely with the founders and our partners to ensure we outperform all expectations and unlock value on both sides of the relationship. You’ll bring together data, operations, and clear communication to keep everything moving in the right direction. This role is for someone who lives data, enjoys stepping up, figuring things out, and is very commercially minded. It’s a hands‑on position that offers broad exposure across the business. What You’ll Do Partnership Execution Coordinate partnerships and campaigns from planning to wrap-up Keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and supported throughout Spot smart ways to supercharge partnerships Data & Insights Pull and interpret data across various platforms Turn numbers into clear insights and practical next steps Track campaign performance and highlight where to iterate Operations Support Collaborate with creative, product, and judging teams to ensure smooth delivery Assist with influencer relationships as needed Jump into day‑to‑day operations when required - startup style Who You Are Lives and breathes numbers and is able to naturally interpret analytics Strong communicator who builds easy rapport with partner teams Curious, driven, and proactive – you don’t wait to be told what to do Enjoys working in a fast‑moving environment with lots of learning Good at structured thinking and problem solving Experience That Helps 5–10 years in a tech startup, high‑growth business, consulting or similar Experience working with large corporate organisations Strong foundations in reporting and commercial analysis Stakeholder or project management responsibility in previous rolesExperience with start‑up X large corporate partnerships Exposure to influencer marketing or social‑driven customer acquisition Familiarity with tools like Excel, Sheets, Looker, SQL, Shopify etc. Why Join High responsibility and autonomy from day one A direct line of sight between your work and the growth of the business Chance to help shape a company that is only just getting started A high energy environment where good ideas get support and launched quickly Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Management and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
