Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficient processes and the achievement of organizational goals. Responsibilities Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing operational workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Manager will also develop strategies, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of Johannesburg. Qualifications Operational and Process Management skills, including workflow optimization, resource planning, and the ability to implement procedural improvements. Team Leadership and Collaboration skills, such as motivating and managing teams, fostering teamwork, and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. Data Analysis and Strategic Planning abilities, with proven experience in using data to inform decision-making and developing actionable strategies for business growth. Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Standards relevant to industries such as logistics, Security, mining, and financial services. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills to manage complex operations effectively. Prior experience in a leadership role within a related industry or sector. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in technology and tools for operational management.
