Responsibilities Oversee the overall performance and profitability of VAS products across all sales channels. Identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner, while anticipating potential problems and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with relevant departments. Foster and maintain professional business relationships at all levels and lead a team dedicated to resolving customer queries. Responsible for product and brand growth. Integrate products to reach brand targets and regularly meet with retail and online operations to review brand performance, advise and partner on strategies to maximize growth and product enhancements. Ensure brand growth strategies and initiatives are implemented by retail and online/digital marketing teams. Work closely with mobile teams to promote TUV during activations. Own product performance and profitability, analyzing marketing avenues for improvement based on analytics and user engagement. Improve customer experience and enhance the brand where required. Conduct market research on competitor products in line with the growth strategy. Work with technical experts to ensure product integration online on viable applications and maximize uptake. Report stats by distributor daily, weekly, monthly; analyze regularly to identify inconsistencies. Investigate inconsistencies at distributor or client level, working with investigations team to review accounts and identify possible fraud. Assess product regularly to identify risk areas and prevent fraud. Review and approve monthly commission to distributors. Identify and upskill key team members to efficiently grow portfolios. Manage a team that resolves customer queries and ensures timely feedback. What You’ll Bring To The Team Accurately collate, analyse, and present data to inform business decisions.
