This role gives you the chance to shape and drive strategy for our Loans Product — a multi‑country, multi‑platform solution at the heart of our Financial Services offering. You’ll report directly to the Head of Product Domain: Financial Services. Based in Centurion, this is a hybrid role (2 days in office). What You’ll Do Own the product roadmap and lead innovation within the Financial Services domain. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design scalable, user‑friendly solutions. Translate business needs into powerful product features that deliver seamless customer journeys. Keep your finger on the pulse of fintech trends, compliance, and emerging technologies. Prioritise and refine the product backlog to maximise ROI. Work hand‑in‑hand with Scrum teams to drive delivery, create sprint goals, and unblock challenges. Champion communication around product features and releases, ensuring stakeholders are always in the loop. What You’ll Bring A relevant tertiary qualification (Information Systems a plus). 3–5 years of Product Owner or Business Analyst experience (Agile / Scrum essential). Proven track record in custom mobile app development. Knowledge of financial services, compliance (KYC, Foreign Exchange), and customer onboarding is a big advantage. Sharp analytical thinking, clear communication, and strong negotiation skills. The ability to juggle priorities, spot opportunities, and keep a laser focus on customer needs.
