Project Finance: Monitor project expenditures, manage funds, and prepare financial reports. Technical and Design: Ensure technical compliance and facilitate product testing. Business Development: Contribute to tendering processes and ensure compliance with technical requirements. Contractual and Commercial: Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and manage associated risks. Registration as a Professional Engineer Technician with ECSA and as a Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr.CPM) at SACPCMP is essential, along with familiarity with NEC/FIDIC/JBCC contracts.
