HERE’S WHAT WE’LL DO TOGETHER: Weare seeking a Key Account Manager to drive the growth of the G-STAR Women’s Collection within our South African Sales department. In this strategic role, you will expand our Women’s business across existing key accounts, open new wholesale doors, and develop both shortand long-term plans to accelerate our footprint in the South African market. You’ll shape impactful partnerships, build cohesive business plans across product, finance, marketing, and logistics, and elevate brand visibility through a differentiated 360° approach. YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Expand the G-STAR Women’s Collection share within key accounts and open new wholesale accounts. Build and maintain strong partnerships with wholesale accounts across South Africa. Develop short- and long-term strategic plans to grow the Women’s business in the South African market. Create and execute joint business plans on a seasonal and annual basis, covering product, finance, marketing, and logistics. Drive brand visibility and performance at door level through a 360° differentiation and segmentation strategy. Analyze performance and budgets against planning for Women’s wholesale accounts, identifying opportunities for improvement. Report key insights and recommendations to the Head of Wholesale South Africa (e.g., sell-through, stock turn, assortment, brand visibility, and in-store presence). WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: You have a Bachelor/Master in a relevant field, as well as3-6 years of relevant sales experience in the Women’s Fashion or Luxury industry; You have excellent knowledge and experience with managing key accounts inWomen’s Fashion & Apparel; You have excellent Excel skills and areall about the numbers, while keepingour sales and consumers top of mind; With your strategic and analytical skills, you’re able to balance the interests of your customers and to develop successful strategic business plans; Account Management? Building strong partnerships on all levels comes naturally to you. Sell through and performing reports? You spot all the opportunities. Fashion & Apparel for Women’s wear? You live and breathe it. Are you also self-confident, energetic, andhave strong business acumen? We’re heart-eyed. Finally, do you have a strong personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills inEnglish?
