You'll manage key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and drive strategic business development within South Africa and Namibia. The role requires a balance of technical understanding, market insight, and hands-on sales leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic Key Account Management plans to achieve growth and profitability targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across key clients and distributorsIdentify and unlock new business opportunities within South Africa and NamibiaCollaborate with segment managers to align account strategies with business objectivesManage annual budgets, forecasts, and sales performance metricsProvide accurate market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform decision-makingDrive indirect sales through distributor channels and develop new partnershipsResolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining service excellenceUtilise CRM and digital tools to manage pipelines and report on performanceEnsure cross-functional collaboration across technical, sales, and global teamsAbout YouMinimum 5 years experience in technical or industrial B2B sales (Protective Coatings, Oil & Gas, Mining, or Marine sectors preferred)Bachelors degree preferred; NACE, Frosio, or Corrodere certification advantageousFluent in Afrikaans and EnglishProven track record of achieving sales and margin growth targetsStrong business acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesSelf-driven, professional, and able to operate independently or within a matrix teamProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM toolsWillingness to travel domestically and internationallyWhy JoinRepresent a globally respected coatings brand with market-leading solutionsLead regional growth across diverse, high-potential marketsCollaborate with an expert team in a technically advanced environmentCompetitive remuneration and strong opportunities for professional growth
