About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to take ownership of specific National Retail accounts, ensuring the efficient management of customer relationships and the achievement of sales targets. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of Food Safety and Quality while driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned National Retail key accounts.
Achieve sales, volume, and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with major retail partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Ensure compliance with all Food Safety and Quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account needs are met.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12).
Degree in Sales and/or Marketing (essential).
Proficiency in SAP.
3–5 years' experience in FMCG Key Accounts Management.
Proven experience working with major retail key accounts.
Ability to travel locally.
Experience in the Seafood Industry will be an added advantage.
