Your Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems in buildings.
  • Develop schematic, concept, and detailed designs for integrated building services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and health & safety codes .
  • Approve materials, equipment, and workshop drawings in alignment with project specifications.
  • Monitor and maintain building systems and processes for optimal performance.
  • Assist in energy audits, testing, and commissioning of systems .
  • Coordinate MEP designs with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support cost management, budgeting, and financial forecasting for projects.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and risk assessment strategies .
What Were Looking For:
  • A degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field (a Masters is an advantage).
  • Preferably chartered or warranted engineer status.
  • Experience in designing and managing complex building service projects .
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainability, and regulatory compliance .
  • Familiarity with LEED/BREEAM accreditation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Revit, Hevacomp, and other engineering software .
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities .
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a collaborative team approach .
