Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop concept designs, feasibility studies, and master plans for projects.
  • Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and construction documents.
  • Assist with site inspections and supervision, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
  • Liaise with planning authorities and relevant stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
  • Conduct market research and cost estimations for project planning.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to coordinate architectural components.
  • Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for client proposals.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to building regulations, industry standards, and sustainability principles.
What Were Looking For:
  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • A professional warrant or registration is an advantage.
  • Experience with planning authority policies, procedures, and approvals.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
  • A keen eye for design, detail, and spatial planning.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • A valid driving license is preferred.
