A prominent financial services provider has an exciting career opportunity available for an experienced IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST , to join their dynamic team in PRETORIA, GAUTENG . This is a permanent position and office based, which offers a market related salary, including company benefits. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum matric, with a B – IT degree or relevant diploma in IT or Computer Science highly advantageous and beneficial to the role. Up-to-date technical certifications such as CompTIA, CompTIA N+ and Endpoints essential. Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience within an IT support role. Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in IT systems administration, cyber security management principles and system infrastructure maintenance. Proven experience in managing desk top support and supplier management i.e: Cisco, Mikrotik, Amazon and Google is a requirement to the role. Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 product range. Solid knowledge and a thorough understanding of IT network administration – hardware and software infrastructure management. Excellent knowledge and experience working with, and troubleshooting issues via Windows Operating Systems. Solid knowledge and experience in the technical repair of computer hardware. Other Requirements: Effective and professional supplier management. Fully bi-lingual and eloquent in Afrikaans and English: speak read and write. The highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to professionally translate and communicate highly technical issues in a non-technical language. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Tenacious and driven, with the ability to multi-task. Compliant with the ability to successfully work under pressure. Well-developed change-management abilities. Trustworthy and ethical with a strong sense of accountability. Professional and well-presented. Valid drivers’ license with own reliable transport. #J-18808-Ljbffr
