The Role: Mobility Coordinator As the Mobility Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing seamless international relocations by leading a team of remote consultants and coordinating comprehensive support services for clients. This role involves both strategic oversight and hands-on assistance, ensuring every aspect of the relocation process runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Manage and support a team of remote mobility consultants. Coordinate full relocation services, including housing, schooling, banking, and utilities. Provide expert advice on cross-cultural adjustment and expat life. Liaise with and manage third-party service providers. Negotiate contracts and service agreements on behalf of clients. Draft detailed client reports and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively through phone, email, and virtual meetings. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a calm and solution-oriented approach. About You 3+ years of experience in global mobility, relocation, or related industries. Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams. Strong administrative, negotiation, and coordination skills. First-hand experience of international relocation or extensive travel. Familiar with setting up residence in a new country (e.g., schools, utilities, banking). Comfortable working under pressure and solving problems creatively. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Confident using the phone and taking initiative. Bonus Points Background in HR, international logistics, or relocation services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
