**About the Role**:
As a **Mobility Coordinator**, you will be the linchpin in managing seamless transitions for individuals and families relocating across borders. You’ll lead a remote team of consultants, coordinate complex logistics, and provide hands-on support in navigating the challenges of international living.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support a team of remote mobility specialists.
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation services including housing, schooling, banking, and utilities.
- Provide expert guidance on expat life and cross-cultural transitions.
- Liaise with service providers and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients.
- Draft detailed reports and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Solve problems creatively and calmly under pressure.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience managing remote teams.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated experience living abroad or extensive international travel.
- Calm, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Comfortable picking up the phone and taking initiative.

**Bonus Points**:

- First-hand experience as an expat.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Background in HR, relocation services, or international logistics.
