Job Title: Short-term Insurance Position We are looking for a dynamic, vibrant, and intelligent young individual who wants to pursue a career in short-term insurance. The position does not require the individual to have all the relevant qualifications immediately; however, the suitable candidate must have the necessary experience in short-term insurance and, upon permanent appointment, will be required to complete a formal insurance qualification (COB, SMK, RE). Duties & Responsibilities Duties: Management of MIS system Cultivating new business Renewals Amendments Emotional Capabilities: Motivated and confident Emotionally intelligent Resilient Must be able to work well under pressure Integrity and high ethical values Must have the ability to establish and maintain client relationships Must be able to resolve conflict Analytical Problem-solving Communications Structured Strategic thinking Punctual Desired Experience & Qualification Required Experience: One (1) to three (3) years relevant commercial short-term insurance experience. Required Skills: Matric Valid driver’s license (Code 08) Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) Interested?
