Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrator to support our Finance Sales Service Delivery and General Operations teams. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to‑day running of administrative processes across the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities efficiently. Duties & Responsibilities Finance Administration Assist the Senior Finance Administrator with daily finance‑related tasks. Pull and manage bank statements, track payments and maintain billing schedules. Review and ensure that SLA billing is accurate & timeously submitted to client. Ensure all financial documentation is organized and up to date. Service Delivery Support Assist the Service Delivery Manager with administrative coordination of ongoing projects and client engagements. Prepare and maintain service delivery documentation and reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule. Ensure that calls are actioned timeously and RFQs from existing clients are actioned. Sales & Tender Administration Support the sales team with quotations and client correspondence. Assist in the reviewing and submission of tender documentation. Oversee records of tender opportunities, deadlines and submissions. General Administration Support the maintenance and updating of ISO documentation to ensure compliance with company standards. Manage and support general office repairs, administration, filing and coordination as required. Desired Experience & Qualification Business Engineering or Finance Degree Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or operations support role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience supporting finance service delivery or ISO documentation will be advantageous.
