**What does the role entail?**
- Design, Develop and maintain processes to Mahle standards, with acceptance, commissioning and handover of processes, tooling and machines.
- Provide technical feasibility or new product acquisition processes.
- Industrialization and Administration of new part numbers for product and processes, SAP/GTA/Routing/DZA
- Project Management of Process Optimisation (te reduction, cost saving, VSD, production floor layout, SMED and problem solving) activities using Mahle CIP standards and templates.
- Production, Quality and Maintenance operational support
- Effective communication with internal and external customers

**What do you need?**
- Engineering Qualification
- Project Management experience, minimum 3 years
- CAD Systems
- Ability to influence
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Resolve conflict
- Excellent analytical and observation skills
- Communicate effectively
