We're looking for a results-driven Collection Manager with experience in online lending and South African collections. What you need 3+ years of experience as a Collection Manager (preferably in microfinance or digital lending). Strong leadership and focus on results. Hands‑on experience with DebiCheck and dialer campaigns. Good understanding of end‑to‑end collections processes. Clear communication, confidence, and strong organisational skills.
