Responsibilities The Scrum Administrator is responsible for supporting and enabling Agile delivery within the team by ensuring smooth execution of Scrum practices. This role focuses on organizing and maintaining Scrum artifacts, scheduling and facilitating ceremonies, and ensuring compliance with Agile principles. The Scrum Administrator works closely with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to track progress, manage sprint documentation, and remove administrative obstacles that could impact delivery. A key objective is to maintain transparency, streamline workflows, and help the team achieve sprint goals efficiently without compromising quality.
