Overview Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Operations / Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and operations, with a proven track record of success in improving processes and increasing productivity. The Operations / Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Monitor and track inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve warehouse operations Qualifications Matric Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management / operations Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures Excellent leadership and communication skills Proven track record of improving processes and increasing productivity Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Experience managing a team and developing staff Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of safety and security protocols Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management System (WMS) software Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle If you are a motivated and experienced Operations / Warehouse Manager looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
