JUNIOR (ENTRY LEVEL) HEALTH & SAFETY OFFICER A well-established market and industry leader in Industrial Engineering & Steelworks requires a junior Safety Officer who will work with the site Safety Officer / Safety Consultant on a daily basis. Responsibilities Daily site inspections Maintain safety records Ensure safety files are always up to date – medicals, ID's, competency certificates and registers Assist the Safety Consultant with safety file audits Incident reporting when necessary Safety training and toolbox talks, if necessary Assist with PPE management Qualifications & Requirements Senior Certificate / Grade 12 non-negotiable Tertiary education in Safety – completed or currently studying Construction experience advantageous – site work and working with lifting and rigging equipment Self‑Motivated, meticulous, and deadline driven Must be able to follow and give clear instructions Excellent communication skills – dealing with staff at all levels Computer literate Code EB Driver's License non-negotiable Should you meet the above requirements, please submit your most recent CV, along with your Senior Certificate.
