Role Description The Campaign Lead will play a key role in PB's growth phase and will coordinate and support the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness of the PB brand and strengthen the brand presence. This is a hands‑on role focused primarily on the execution of go‑to‑market campaigns across multiple channels. The role's main focus involves brand campaign setup, performance tracking and analytics, with secondary involvement (on an ad‑hoc basis) in collateral updates, internal staff campaigns & communications, and light event support. You will work closely with the PB Marketing manager to support the day‑to‑day execution of marketing activities and help create materials that bring brand campaigns to life. This role is ideal for a detail‑orientated marketer who enjoys being deeply involved in the delivery of high‑impact brand campaigns. This position supports the Marketing Manager and plays a key role in ensuring that our marketing campaigns are executed efficiently and on brand conversions. Key Responsibilities Assist with the rollout of GTM campaigns, brand and content initiatives as per the marketing calendar. Oversee campaign calendar timelines and asset delivery to ensure campaigns run on time. Upload blog content onto website and ensure pages are optimized for SEO. Support the scheduling and posting of social media content. Assist in the coordination of email workflows and lead nurture programs, ensuring correct segmentation and tagging. Update and maintain UTM tracking links and campaign logs. Brief design team and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including one‑pagers, solution decks, event‑related assets, gifting, promotional items, etc. Providing support where needed. Internal Marketing & Staff Branding: Assist the Marketing Manager in coordinating any internal staff engagement campaigns that promote company culture and reinforce the PB brand. Support the creation and sharing of internal news updates, staff achievements, and company announcements (e.g., new hires, milestones, office events, etc.). Help maintain a consistent internal brand tone and look across all internal content and presentations. Support the Marketing Manager in initiatives that strengthen PB's employer brand, such as staff spotlights, "life at PB" content, showcasing delivery teams, or culture campaigns for LinkedIn. Digital & Web: Upload blog, testimonial and copy content as per MM brief. Brief devs and manage basic blog SEO tasks such as meta updates, alt text, and internal linking on new pages. Manage social media platforms to drive awareness and build an online community of B2B marketers, not just followers. Conceptualize brand ads for LinkedIn advertising to educate the market about PB. Conceptualize and, together with the MM, strategize targeting across the marketing funnel for Google ads. Help identify campaign learnings and maintain an organized reporting archive. Provide support for global event‑related marketing events, campaigns and activities. Skills & Experience Years' experience in B2B marketing or campaign execution. Proven ability to coordinate and support marketing campaigns. Experience with design platforms such as Adobe Cloud, CANVA. Understanding of LI Campaign manager and Google Ads and general analytics. Familiar with CMS tools such as Webflow or WordPress. Excellent communicator. Strong project coordination skills. An understanding of visual storytelling is a plus.
