Lead Generation Executive (South Africa‑Based, Remote, 4‑Day Week) Monthly Salary: R18,000 to R22,000 (based on experience) + Commission We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Lead Generation Executive with strong attention to detail and experience generating qualified B2B leads on behalf of clients. You will be representing Unstuck Agency and running outbound prospecting campaigns that book sales opportunities for our team. You’ll be part of a tight‑knit team of six across the UK and South Africa, working fully remotely and focused on generating leads for PR businesses using Unstuck’s outbound systems. Experience using automated cold email and or LinkedIn outreach tools is essential, with at least 1 year of experience. What You’ll Be Doing Research and identify high‑quality prospects within the PR industry in the UK and the US Run outbound campaigns via automated cold email and or LinkedIn Qualify leads and book sales meetings for the agency Maintain organised and accurate CRM and pipeline records Test messaging, segments, and outreach approaches to improve results Provide reporting and insights on lead quality and outreach performance Collaborate with the founder and delivery team to refine targeting and messaging What We Offer Monthly salary between R18,000 to R22,000 based on experience Fully remote work environment Flexible working hours, starting between 9 am and 10 am SAST Collaborative and supportive team culture Our 4‑Day Week Hybrid Model Only 65 minutes of work required on Fridays, 1 hour at 10:00 and 5 minutes at 16:00 Fridays become full workdays if tasks are behind Available after the first 3 months training period Career Development We support long‑term growth. This could include specialisation in outbound strategy, team leadership responsibilities, or broader commercial skills. Who We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, ideally booking meetings independently Proven experience using automated cold email and or LinkedIn outreach tools Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Highly organised, autonomous, and detail‑oriented Based in South Africa and comfortable working fully remotely Bachelor's degree or relevant entrepreneurial experience If you're ready to join a flexible, remote‑first team and help drive outbound lead generation for Unstuck Agency, we’d love to hear from you.
