About the Role This is a high-impact role, ideal for a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing sales, operations, and multi-branch performance. As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring excellent customer service across multiple branches in the region. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Oversee day-to-day operations across all branches, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and drive profitability. Lead, mentor, and motivate branch managers and staff to deliver results. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability and competitive pricing. Conduct market analysis to inform strategic decisions. Report regularly to senior management on performance, challenges, and opportunities. Desired Experience & Qualification Proven experience in sales and operations management in the electrical industry. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and financial acumen. Hands‑on, results‑oriented, and able to work across multiple branches.
