The Recipe for Success: Role Summary The Global Demand Planning Manager is responsible for Global Supply Chain Demand Planning activities, aligning global forecasts to support category objectives. The successful candidate will be expected to interface with enabling group functions such as Category Managers, New Product development, Finance and Compliance to support local planning teams with developing inventory plans. This role serves as a key escalation point within the Global Supply Chain, leading cross‑functional teams to resolve critical operational challenges. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining global inventory and demand dashboards to support strategic decision‑making, contributing to manufacturing capacity planning, and facilitating effective collaboration with third‑party suppliers. The position also ensures that demand plans are operationally feasible by aligning them with logistics and warehouse capabilities. This is a temporary one-year contract position. Candidates are expected to be available immediately. Ingredients: Key Responsibilities Lead Supply Chain Category S&OP processes Develop Supply Chain Demand category long‑term strategy Product life cycle management Create global demand forecasts to be sent to manufacturing sites Global inventory reporting Responsible for KPI implementation and reporting The Perfect Blend – What We’re Looking For Experience with inventory and demand planning for both internal and external manufacturing sites Demonstrated experience in leading forecasting and demand planning S&OP Experience in developing and implementing global planning processes Experience in managing complex global supply chain projects Experience working on cross‑functional projects In‑depth ERP knowledge and MRP skills Fluent English, other languages are a plus A bachelor’s degree in business or related field Experience with forecasting and planning systems Clear experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel Why Join Our Table?
