Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and enhance brand positioning.
Campaign Management:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
Content Creation:
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, blog articles, and promotional materials.
Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Brand Management:
  • Maintain and enhance the brand's image and voice across all marketing channels.
Store Presentation:
  • Ensure that store presentation meets industry standards and effectively communicates the brand and product value to the customer.
  • Focus on getting the basics right and making a positive statement about the brand, rather than creating the fanciest or most modern stores.
Budget Management:
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and monitoring ROI for all marketing activities.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including store operations, property, merchandising, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Engagement:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty through various marketing channels.
Event Coordination:
  • Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and in-store activities to drive traffic and sales.
Resource Management:
  • Manage the marketing teams including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage external marketing partners such as suppliers, advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies.
Communication:
  • Brand Awareness & Sales Campaign: Plan and execute campaign (includes channel strategy)
  • PR and Media Outreach: Engage in media relations and PR activities to generate positive brand exposure and media coverage.

Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the clothing retail industry.

Skills:
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
