You'll partner directly with our CRO (Nairobi) and Director of Alliances (London) to drive deal velocity and pipeline accuracy. This isn't just about CRM hygiene; it's about active, daily orchestration. You'll be the one who keeps our CRM "honest," unblocks next steps, shortens sales cycles, and gives leadership the crystal-clear visibility they need to make decisions. You are the accelerator. Your Impact & What You’ll Do Become an AI-Ops Pioneer : You'll be on the front lines of innovation, using AI tools to instantly translate unstructured call notes into structured HubSpot deal notes, tasks, and follow-ups. Orchestrate Deal Velocity : Act as "mission control" for our active pipeline. You'll own deal hygiene (next steps, close dates, stages) and proactively orchestrate follow-ups across Legal, Pricing, Delivery, and Partners to ensure nothing ever slips. Deliver Executive-Level Clarity : You will own mission-critical reporting, preparing "no-surprise" weekly stuck-deal summaries and monthly leadership snapshots. Your work provides the single source of truth. Bridge the "Closed-Won" to "Go-Live" Gap : You'll manage the critical handover from Sales to Delivery, scheduling kickoffs, coordinating resources, and ensuring 100% readiness before a project starts. Build the GTM Playbook : As a founding hire, you won't just follow SOPs—you'll help write them. You'll document and continuously improve our processes for note intake, tasking, reporting, and handovers. Why You'll Thrive at Execo You're an Ops Expert : You have 2-4 years in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Deal Desk , or a similar role where you've lived in a CRM (HubSpot is a huge plus) and owned pipeline reporting. You're a "Proactive Orchestrator" : You are confident, professional, and persistent. You have a proven discipline for follow-up and are comfortable chasing senior stakeholders to get an answer and move a deal forward. You Communicate with Precision : You have excellent written communication and task management skills. You can synthesize complex information into simple, actionable updates. You Love to Build : The idea of being a "founding hire" in a new office excites you. You see a blank slate as an opportunity to create simple, effective systems. You're a Data-Wrangler : You are strong in Google Workspace , especially Google Sheets , and are comfortable manipulating data to find the story. Bonus points if : You have experience coordinating legal inputs, pricing, proposals, or SOWs, or have managed professional services handovers.
