This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to build their career in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and business administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Affairs team with a range of activities that help strengthen Haleon’s reputation, enhance stakeholder relationships, and ensure effective communication across the business. What will your individual contribution at Haleon be? Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Affairs team. Assist with the preparation of internal and external communications, including drafting, editing, and formatting content. Support stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring effective and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate logistics for corporate events, meetings, and engagements. Maintain accurate records, databases, and contact lists related to stakeholders and projects. Contribute to monitoring media, industry trends, and stakeholder sentiment to inform the team’s activities. Assist in developing presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership. Support the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and internal campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Haleon’s WinAsOne strategy. So you will be someone who has: Excellent written and verbal communication. Media literacy and media relations basics. Digital and social media communication. Issue and crisis awareness. Great internal and external stakeholder management. Research and analytical skills. Education required Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Communications, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Other requirements At least one year of relevant experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
