We are currently looking for a driven Corporate Affairs Graduate. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to build their career in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and business administration.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Affairs team with a range of activities that help strengthen Haleon's reputation, enhance stakeholder relationships, and ensure effective communication across the business.
What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Affairs team.
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external communications, including drafting, editing, and formatting content.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring effective and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, meetings, and engagements.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and contact lists related to stakeholders and projects.
- Contribute to monitoring media, industry trends, and stakeholder sentiment to inform the team's activities.
- Assist in developing presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership.
- Support the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and internal campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Haleon's WinAsOne strategy.
- Support the execution of Haleon MEA Corporate Affairs strategy

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:
Education required:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Communications, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Language required:
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
Other requirements:
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to learn and grow in a corporate environment.
