ABOUT THIS ROLE Are you an experienced Agency Conveyancer who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment? A well-established law firm is seeking a confident, detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal with 5-10 years of experience and strong real estate knowledge. This role requires someone who can manage files independently, communicate professionally with agents and stakeholders, and ensure accurate processing of fees, lodgements, and registrations. If you are organised, meticulous, and able to work well under pressure, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. WHAT YOU WILL DO Manage tagging of fees, lodgements, held-overs, and registrations on Compu-Focus Draft correspondence and prepare files for lodgement and registration Advise agents via email on fees, lodgements, and registration updates Prepare fee and registration reports Open new matters on CMS and capture details on Compu-Focus Draft, arrange signatures for, lodge, and register cancellations on behalf of agents Liaise with attorneys and collaborate on linked matters Notify agents of acknowledgements, fees, held-overs, and registrations Request FICA documents and ensure compliance Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding costs Handle billing, transfers, write-offs, and refunds with the Accounts Department Draft letters to the Deeds Office regarding refunds or fee discrepancies WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✅ 5–10 years’ conveyancing experience (agency experience essential) ✅ Strong knowledge of real estate processes ✅ Excellent drafting and communication skills ✅ Ability to manage files independently with accuracy ✅ Outstanding organisational and administrative skills ✅ Knowledge of FICA, numeracy, and basic accounting processes ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office If you are a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal who takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient work - APPLY NOW #J-18808-Ljbffr
