As we continue to expand our regional creative model, we’re excited to open applications for a pivotal role: Business Unit Lead – draftLine Greater Africa . This is not a “typical” agency leadership job. It’s a chance to drive creative excellence, cultural influence, and commercial results across multiple African markets — bringing together strategy, digital, media, content, and production under one integrated regional model. Responsibilities Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across countries Champion world-class, insight-led creative rooted in African culture Strengthen brand equity and business performance through impactful work Manage regional budgets, forecasting, tools and talent investment Build strong partnerships with Marketing and ABI senior stakeholders Drive operational excellence, workflow optimisation, and integrated delivery Innovate continuously — piloting new models, capabilities and approaches Qualifications A senior creative/digital/integrated agency leader (10+ years’ experience) who is: Commercially sharp and comfortable with budget/P&L-related leadership Culturally plugged-in across Africa’s diverse markets Passionate about creativity and brand building A strong people leader who grows high-performing teams Resilient, proactive, collaborative, and excellent with senior stakeholders If you're excited by the idea of shaping creative impact across Africa and building brands that live in culture — this role is for you.
