Lead the agile solution design, deployment & ongoing optimization & evolution of enterprise wide technology products and services (full stack engineering & ownership / control) in low complexity environments.

**Job Description**:
An exciting role that focuses on the management of the development and support teams that use both the legacy and latest technology. At a minimum, the incumbent will be accountable for the following:

- Code reviews
- Unit code, configuration, workflow, service and systems testing
- Management of deployment of projects, changes, and incidents
- Management and monitoring of the Collections and Recoveries IT environments i.e. development, SIT, UAT, and live environment
- Providing production support
- Meeting of SLA/OLA targets
- Risk management for the area.

Education

Relevant B-Degree in Computer Science OR other relevant qualification

Knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience
- 8-10+ years’ experience in the role
- Big picture thinking and exposure to working closely with the Lead Solution Architect and Lead Solutions Analyst, and providing technology direction for a Business Unit
- Experience in development/programming (5+ years), managing development, and support teams that use both legacy systems and systems that use the latest technology
- Experience in influencing and collaborating with other Tech colleagues outside your Business Unit to solve for the Business Unit’s requirements or challenges
- Leadership skills including coaching and mentoring.

The following knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience will be an advantage:

- ETL experience
- Kettle experience
- Cloud experience
- Collections and Recoveries experience

Education

Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology
