The Ideal candidate must have the following exposure
- Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
- Maintenance of expert knowledge on specific products, application procedure, processing, and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant product and service targets.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Take the extra mile to engage clients and maintain client relationships.
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
- Manage own development to increase own competencies.
Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12 with relevant Banking Certificate/Diploma
Preferred Qualification & Experience:
- Relevant Diploma (NQF level 6,7 or 8)
- 1+ years of Foreign Exchange Experience
- Exposure to Cross Border Payments
- Understanding Forex Inwards and Outwards Payments
- Must be based in Cape Town
- Customer Service jobs
