Purpose We are looking for a Vice President of Product to lead the development and execution of our global product strategy. This is a key leadership position, responsible for aligning our product vision with business goals and driving performance across our Conversational AI, Chat Commerce, and Payments portfolios. This role requires a thoughtful and pragmatic leader - someone who combines strategic thinking with operational discipline. You bring a strong customer focus, a deep understanding of technology, and a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. You’re comfortable navigating complexity, making tough decisions, and fostering collaboration across functions. We Do The Right Things Responsibilities of the Role o Help Define & Deliver the Product Vision: Set the multi-year strategy and execution roadmap across Clickatell’s product suites – from coremessaging and AI to commerce and payments.o Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Drive execution in partnership with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, and Finance.Ensure we ship on time, on budget, and to spec.o Drive Customer and Market Impact: Own product-market fit across key verticals and global markets. Deliver value for enterprisecustomers through deep insight and tight feedback loops.o Own the Full Product Lifecycle: From ideation to retirement – champion customer research, define positioning, drive adoption,and continually optimize for growth and usage.o Shape the Org & Culture: Lead a high-performing team, PMs, and cross-functional partners. Instill discipline, rigor, and ahigh-trust, high-candor culture.o Price, Package, and GTM: Own pricing for your direct products, commercial packaging, and go-to-market alignment toensure our products are competitively positioned and easily adopted.o Be the Strategic Glue: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product strategy aligns with company goals, while beingthe voice of clarity in moments of ambiguity We Are On A Learning Journey Requirements of the Role o 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform businesseso 5+ years in senior product leadership roles (VP/Head of Product), ideally with global scopeo Deep experience in communications, commerce, payments, and/ or AI-enabled platformso Track record of scaling product lines, driving adoption, and improving unit economicso Clear, confident decision-maker – able to balance customer need with business outcomeo Exceptional communicator and executive influencer – calm under pressure, clear undercomplexityo Strong operational focus, yet capable of fast context switching from vision to sprint-level detailo Proven experience leading through ambiguity, change, and high-growth phases A Bit About You Behavioral competency requirements of a Trailblazer .o Leading Possibility: Leads a high performance and learning culture that focuses on buildingcapacity to deliver more and better in the future.
