Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of incentive schemes incl. administration, regulatory changes, rules etc.
  • Analyse data and prepare and present recommendations
  • Remuneration benchmarking
  • Consult with HR Consultants regarding reward processes and policies
  • Manage market data as relevant to the business units
  • Job evaluations to ensure consistency and relevance to various job bands

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a completed tertiary qualification (Finance / Accounting or similar)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a remunerations / rewards role within financial services or the rewards consulting space
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Highly analytical with genuine passion for this space
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
