Responsibilities Process transactions and interact with clients directly. Look after accounts, support basic financial planning and preparation of financial information, proposals and other relevant material. Formulate effective financial plan documents and/or risk management documents in line with adviser strategy and customer needs, objectives and risk tolerance. Ensure all documents meet compliance requirements and relevant legislation, as well as company standard policies and procedures. Review customer portfolio review reports in conjunction with changes in circumstances, investments, and market movement, as outlined in the sales and service process. Ensure reports are accurate and that investment strategies meet customer objectives. Keep customers well informed and recommend necessary actions where required. Review customer risk coverage in conjunction with changes in circumstances, risk management needs, product offerings, and provider rates. Prepare statement of advice documentation as required. Accurately produce all customer portfolio review documentation and reports in line with the service model practices. Ensure review documentation and correspondence is appropriately uploaded and stored in line with relevant procedures. Gather policy information and compile summaries of information. Research product information. Handle and solve client enquiries. Handle new applications and quotations. Manage diary and report new business statistics. Prepare insurance review appointments and maintain CRM systems. Minimum Requirements BCom (Finance / Business Finance / Investments / Financial Planning / Financial Sciences or Investment Management) or BCom (Economics) or a relevant BSc degree. CFP and/or postgraduate diploma in financial planning. 1–2 years relevant work experience as a paraplanner.
