GEMIS Technical Academy is launching AI ADVANTAGE, a new series of professional training workshops. Our flagship course, Leadership Essentials, is a 2‑day, in‑person workshop designed to empower executives and senior professionals with practical AI skills to enhance leadership, productivity, and strategic decision‑making. We are seeking dynamic, experienced facilitators to deliver this premier program across South Africa. Role Overview As a facilitator, you will: Deliver our structured 2‑day AI ADVANTAGE: Leadership Essentials workshop to professionals and executives. Guide participants through hands‑on AI activities, stimulating group discussions, and real‑world scenario applications. Foster an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Represent and uphold the high standards of the GEMIS Technical Academy brand. Remuneration (per day) R3, (5–9 participants) R4, R5, For classes larger than 12, a student assistant (R1, / day) will be provided. You are welcome to recruit a suitable candidate yourself, or we will assign one. Your Profile Proven experience in facilitation or training, preferably in executive education, technology, or professional skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage a senior‑level audience. A charismatic and energizing presence that brings content to life. Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) is a strong advantage, but comprehensive facilitator training on our specific curriculum will be provided.
